School

Everyone wanted to do school today. Well, maybe not Ruth and Grace, but David and Miss A were ready to go. So, I was a little busy keeping them all going, but we managed to get a good bit done despite the chaos and looming illness. David is coughing and Grace started coughing this morning.

David, in the midst of deep concentration.

Working on his fine motor skills-note the left hand use-he's been doing that a lot lately.

Shot of David's writing book, which is really learning to control the pencil. So, he practices coloring things, tracing lines and eventually tracing letters. He really took his time on this page (see picture of extreme concentration above)

Miss A's paper. I had her putting stickers on a paper. I started her with large stickers, then moved her to smaller ones and finally our smallest stickers. She did great peeling them off and using both hands to do it. Lefty sure has come a long way for her.

Ruth, working at her "desk" aka the piano bench

Gracie working on her phonics
