Noodles

I am working on making noodles for our study weekend next weekend. I had signed up for noodles and to avoid spending more money, I decided to make them, rather than buying them. I'm trying really hard to stay in my budget. So, back to noodles. I made a quadruple batch (a bit by accident-I read the recipe, then made the noodles from memory-bad idea). I rolled them out on Friday and let them dry over night. Then, this afternoon, I cut them up and let the kids break them up for me and spread them out for the final drying.

Grace just getting started. She had the most fun doing it and managed to take care of most of the noodles much to David and Miss A's dismay.

The final spread. I gathered up the noodles and dumped them onto a clean/dry sheet for the final drying. Grace helped me to spread them around so they'd dry faster. I just hope I didn't cut them too big.
