Snow!

The kids are just loving the snow. David declares that it is now Christmas. I sometimes think he doesn't have a real good grasp of the concept of time and seasons, but I can't say why I'd think that.

We woke this morning to a nice amount of snow. Definitely enough to coat the roads and to bring out the worst in the drivers. We trekked out to Miss A's class this morning despite the road conditions (slushy and snowy, but not too bad over all)

Looking east out our side door to the van and our other neighbor. That tiny little track you see is from Chris' bike. He was really excited to ride to work in the snow. He's invested in the gear, now he really gets to use it.

It snowed off and on all day, but the sun was just warm enough to keep it all in check so we didn't get too much accumulation. Tonight it started back up again and I snapped another shot. It's just so beautiful when it snows. The snow covers the roads and muffles the sounds of traffic (what little there is). Just wonderful.
