Finally!

Miss A finally got a haircut. Up until yesterday, bio mom was refusing to allow it. I sent one last petition to the worker to revisit the topic of hair cutting and cited the agency rule that states parent's "REASONABLE" wishes would be considered. I stated that forcing this child to go about town with one long ponytail and short curls on the other side was not reasonable. I got the approval to cut. So, today I took Miss A out for a haircut. She looks so cute with her head full of short curls.
