Friday Night Cookout
We had a cookout for Memorial Day, but I was just too busy to bother taking pictures. I'm still waiting for someone else to pony up some pictures for my blog. But, I'll take him to task on that later. For now, these pictures will have to do.
I had everyone so scared about the dangers of sparklers, that you will notice they are all being held out at arms length...the kids are frozen like statues and they are hardly smiling. I might have overdone the whole "AND YOU"LL BURN YOUR HAND OFF..." talk.
A good cookout requires a good fire, some green sticks and hotdogs...
a blanket for the kids to eat on...
chairs around the fire when the air turns cool...
and sparklers! :)
