First Bike Ride of the Season

With such amazing weather for mid-March, we found ourselves making an impromptu visit to the park for some bike riding.  The boys had learned how to ride last year, but they ran out of summer to perfect their mad bike riding skills.  So, this time, I brought my bike in order to keep up with the boys.  The girls rode on ahead since they require little input from me now.   The boys needed a hand now and again, but for the most part, just rode ahead of me.

 There is a nice little playground, so we usually end up there for a quick run about the equipment.  And this day was no different.

Grace blocks the slide, but attempts to look cute and sweet while doing it.  This usually works for her.

We couldn't find David anywhere.  He was just tickled to know that he could disappear.

Byron made a running vault at the bar and would swing up as high as he could get.  He frightens me daily with his monkey bar antics.
