Anyone? Buehler? Buehler? I love this plant we have, but it's dying a slow and painful death. I'd love to replace it someday...

To my untrained eye, it appears you have a rhododendron (or perhaps azalea they are related). They are spectacular and sometimes fussy. If you find the right one for your climate however, they can bring you years of happiness. This site might help you: www.rhododendron.org/ Happy gardening, -C

I, too, think it is an azalea or rhododendron...I bought a pink one a few years ago and it has struggled to survive...I think they might need acidic soil or something like that, which might be achieved by adding peat moss or something like that. As you can tell, I'm a gardening expert, full of knowledge just waiting to be shared. :)
