The Birthday Girl

I kept meaning to put up shots of Ruth from her birthday and kept forgetting. Well, school is done for the day and I have some free time before lunch to blog a little. So, here is the birthday princess. She is sporting her new birthday dress from Uncle Jeff and Aunt Sue (formal Thank you's to follow via snail mail shortly).

I decided to do her hair (I mean besides a ponytail or bun) and this is what I came up with. I did two french braids, then crossed them in the back and pinned them up on the side with the matching hair accessories. She looked like a little dutch girl.
