Madeline

This week we are reading Madeline, by Ludwig Bemelmans. The kids really love this book and I've found a ton of activities for them to do for putting in the Five in a Row scrapbook. Today Ruth and I (and I admit, mostly I) put together a model of the Eiffel Tower (because the story takes place in Paris) using only 2x2 legos. It took a little creative work and a frantic call to my friend and neighbor for more legos when we ran out, but we did it!
