Wednesday was a lazy day for the kids and for us, too. We just hung around the house, allowing the kids to enjoy and get to know their cousins in Texas. The girls, being older by several years than any of the cousins, had fluttered between joining the boys and playing with the baby.

After a leisurely morning getting up, the kids went outside to play. They spent most of the morning and early afternoon there, breaking only to have a bite to eat at lunch.

After hours playing outside, the kids were super dirty and dusty, so we brought them in and washed them up before having a snack and a wicked serious game of Trouble was played.
