Happy 11th Birthday Ruth!

Tonight we celebrated Ruth's 11th birthday.  Her actual birthday isn't for a bit over a week, but we had planned it for tonight to mesh with everyone's schedules.  And, as Ruthie told me, "better early than late!"  Last year, we had to postpone her party until February because of illness of all our guests.  This year, however, we added in the celebration of Baby G's FIRST birthday!  Ruth was so excited to share her birthday party with the baby (who's birthday falls 3 days after Ruth's).  And, since the kids have referred to the baby at "Ridgewell" for quite some time, it seemed fitting that we put it on the cake as well.  I'm just glad I didn't have to tell the man at DQ to put "Happy Birthday Ruth and Ridgewell" on the cake.  ;)
